An easy and simplifed way to teach how to model and value companies.
I think this course can be useful for two groups of people:
- beginners with little experience in finance and curious to find out more about valuing and modeling before taking a more detailed and complete course.
- individuals already familiar with financial modeling that want to find out an easier and simpler way to figure out a Company valuation.
Just an improvement I'd like to suggest for the class content: I think cash flow is pretty neglected and it would be worth spending a little more time on it.

Good short course
not happy with this course. I feel like he spent the whole time telling you how easy it is but he never actually taught you what to do. the videos are extremely short and all he basically does is define the terms. I'm not sure if this is a lead in to his other courses but after this big waste of time i'm not sure I want to sign up for his other courses.
