School of Leadership believes in you. We believe in your power to live an enlightened life, to be a source of positive change and to leave a legacy. You only get to live once (something those rap songs won’t let you forget!) and you have one chance to make your life about choices, not complaints; about developing, not stagnating; about fulfillment; not disappointment; about giving, not just taking. The School of Leadership (SoL) was set up in January 2003 as an enterprise with a social mandate. The organization designs programs & initiatives to stimulate conscious endeavor, for people to discover & utilize their unquestionable ability to elevate their lives. SoL undertakes various cross-sectorial assignments, primarily with youth & their stakeholders. From carving out growth-oriented visions, to conducting needs assessments, to facilitating training interventions, SoL involves individuals/organizations to develop their capability for higher levels of sustainable growth. Attitudinal, behavioral & cultural frameworks form the common denominator of these interventions.
ABOUT Our Trainer - Umair Jaliawala
A recognized figure for those seeking inspiration or motivation, Umair has served as a mentor across Pakistan for over ten years where he has empowered millions of people across Pakistan and has been gaining worldwide attention through his video, audio and training programs. Umair’s horizon of consulting in learning design and delivery ranges from national level working groups to community based initiatives. His global connections helped him match up with global consulting groups. He has also been engaged with the active citizens program which has reached over a 100000 people across 30 countries.
As a trainer, Umair assimilated business, religion, philosophy and psychology. To add on, he is regularly interviewed on mainstream electronic and print media across Pakistan. With a collective of 230000 on Facebook, Umair has a huge following on social media across the country. His next big thing is to make his models available in books and videos!
About Our Trainer - Uzair Ausaf
A trainer and a skilled professional with more than half a decade of experience, Uzair Ausaf has managed to perfect his technique and delivery with an insight that builds his years. His expertise lays in Conflict resolution, Peace building, Managerial skills and Sales and service. His aim to become a change catalyst and create a positive impact has led him to devote his energy to training and facilitation work with communities all over Pakistan.
While serving as lead facilitator and trainer at school of leadership and lead consultant at Torque, Uzair has engaged and personally worked with over 10000 individuals from across the country. He also served as general secretary at BE and is also a master facilitator of DOSTI, a British Council initiative and a program that has reached to over 100000 people across 30 countries. Uzair has worked at Muslim Hands International, Friend’s Welfare Association and over 30 top schools, colleges and universities in Pakistan.
About Our Trainer - Waqar Ali
I believe in developing experiences that inspire people to deviate from the oft-trodden path. As a trainer I focus on bringing about breakthroughs – a shift in the possibilities of being human. Nurturing a deep desire to instill optimism, my approach involves leveraging positivity to confront problematic situations.
The entire spectrum of my experience is as diverse as campus awareness drives to teacher trainings, youth leadership development camps, activations at exhibitions and motivational sessions at various events. A certified trainer and a business graduate, I have led full-scale conferences, initiated organizational partnerships and been invited as a keynote speaker to a number of youth events.
