Brief description of this course
This course aims to make you a certified Six Sigma White Belt, after which you can continue the certification process to become a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

So what do certified Six Sigma White Belts do?
Certified Six Sigma White Belts are supposed to understand the essence of the Six Sigma project structure which is the DMAIC structure. They should get a helicopter view of that project structure. They are not expected to master the Lean Six Sigma tools. We will introduce you to that Six Sigma DMAIC structure by showing you an actual Lean Six Sigma project that we performed. We take you by the hand through that project and bit by bit introduce you to the Six Sigma DMAIC structure. This Lean Six Sigma certification course is designed to be fun, to the point and practical. This Six Sigma White Belt certification course follows the Dutch higher education BKO and BKE guidelines and is taught by accredited Master Six Sigma Black Belts who work in the business field and also teach at Dutch and UK universities.
