From start to finish we create a curve driven building creation tool in Houdini 16.5 and deploy the finished asset into Unity using the powerful Houdini Engine! Great course to really help familiarize you with Houdini. I was a complete beginner before, but now I feel like I can tackle some projects using this.
Only quibbles are, this course is three years old as of now and Houdini has changed somewhat (basically just the Sweep node), though that could be a good learning opportunity if you do some research yourself. I did, and I learned more about some things that I would have had everything been up to date.
Other quibble is the instructor doesn't appear to be active anymore. But the other than those two things, this is a great course if you're starting out in Houdini.
Great course for a first approach to Houdini for procedural modeling. As an improve I suggest to update some videos to the current Houdini version (for instance, the sweep node)
