Although I am sure that the trainer has put in considerable effort, this course was far from a rewarding experience. 1. The explanations are superficial and sweeping. There is hardly any academic reference or research backing for the techniques taught, lowering their credibility considerably. I would hesitate to recommend them to anybody I know. 2. The practical sessions are good for demonstrating the techniques, but it was rather absurd to see the client transforming his behaviour so quickly. Behavior modification of any sort requires several repeated trials over days. Such hocus-pocus is better avoided in a serious course. 3. The audio and the subtitles in this course needs to be improved. The audio is often too low to be intelligible. The subtitles are absolutely useless in terms of their match with the audio. It is a lot of time spent. I expected better. Hope future students see some improvements in these areas. 2.
