Unraveling Legalese such that ordinary persons having grown up accustomed to living in America enabling persons to more easily understand the intent of and behind law is an 'Outstanding Talent, and Skill'. Even so... ignorance of the law is not an excuse, conversationally sharing by way of training, backgrounds, and professional experience facilitates learning from others without having to pay with blood and first born. Truly an asset!.
This course is knowledgeable however, it should be more topic specific to Virtual Wholesaling. It starts off with HUD and not being able to enter that market but too little about navigating the Virtual side of the business.
