Description
Advanced Project Management is a new four-part course series created to cover the entire domain of project management, including both practical and purely theoretical areas. The workshop will cover all aspects of introduction into project management as well as detail all the steps included into Project Initiation. Expect to see a lot of tricks, tips, “guerrilla warfare” tactics, exercises, case studies and fun historical examples. Very practical. I was able to use Jamal's teachings to initiate a new project.
Interesting. Was introduced to some new concepts with regards to the initiation of a project. Realized how much is required to learn and get to grips with regards to Project Management. I find Jamal has a no BS filter and is straight to the point. Can see he has a lot of knowledge and experience.
