Agile Scrum Deep Dive, Certification, Jira + Bonus* SAFe

I have been heading PMO and Technology Departments for more than a decade.  Over the years I have implemented different types of program delivery frameworks; PMBOK, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile Scrum to name a few.  I have established or re-established Technology and PMO departments People, Process and Technology at multiple companies.  Created and implemented multi year Enterprise Architecture Roadmaps using 4Rs and TOGAF related methods.

Due to my passion in this area I have also been teaching Program Delivery Methodologies PMP, Scrum, SAFe etc. for multiple years now. Teaching is a passion and an instant gratification for me and due to this passion I make an effort to package maximum value with practical examples, background and comparison in my courses.
